In October 2020, I was a Guest Participant in my final One Room Challenge (ORC). I transformed our small living space and entryway into a colorful Living Room Salon with the goal of complementing our new kitchen and breakfast nook colors to create a light and colorful cohesive open space we could easily relax in and entertain. Sponsored again by Better Homes & Gardens, the fall ORC went back to its original time frame of 6 weeks.
Thankfully, with the help of fantastic partners who worked hard to get their products shipped in time (this was before all the shipping delays began) it all worked out beautifully and on time. This was the final of the trio of rooms – living Room, kitchen, and breakfast nook – to finish the entire front open space of our vintage bungalow.
