It’s romance time in the form of LOVE! Whether or not you profess your love to your spouse, a girlfriend, a boyfriend, a group of friends, your Mom, sister, or your teenager, EVERYONE can tell someone they love in their life just how special they are on Valentine’s Day.  Because LOVE is universal!  That’s what’s SO fantastic about love – it doesn’t matter what religion or sex you are, or what country you are from, or anything really.  Love is love – and our world needs more of it!

Take the Judith Leiber heart-shaped “Lovestruck Bag” (Number 1 in photo above). Similar to the Cherry Bomb Clutch (below) on Rent The Runway, it is covered with fine hand-applied Austrian crystals, gold hardware and a long chain shoulder strap that can be tucked inside a Napa leather lining.

And the Eros Hearts Mosaic in Carnelian and Ruby Jewel Glass? What incredible texture created by designer Sara Baldwin of New Ravenna Mosaics  – Simply Stunning!

Below is a detail of the textured 1930’s lace overlay on the Deborah Main Designs’ glamorous Les Bijoux de Luxe pillow (Number 3 in The Decorating Diva image above). An original design by Deborah Main, and available for custom order in a variety of color ways, it features a vintage French velvet trim and a spectacular smoky gray, multi-pronged rhinestone brooch from the 1950’s.
